Summary
| Roster | Ten creators live in six weeks | Two new creators a week until ten are live. The first two start in week one. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Riders who already ride or haul | Radster Road commuters, RadWagon 5 parents, RadRunner cargo riders, Radster Trail dirt riders. |
| Production | Seven videos per creator a week | At ten creators that is 303 creator videos a month, each testing one variable. |
| Pay | Base $300, $500 or $800 by band | Caps are $600, $1,000 and $1,500. Creators who reach the cap earn a bonus of $300, $500 or $700. |
| Bonus | $50 flat past 100,000 views | One bonus per creator per month, organic views only, and only on clean videos. |
| Compliance | Claims sheet copied from the site | Creators quote approved lines as written. Anything off the sheet goes to the lead before posting. |
| Category rule | No promises beyond the written specs | Range is always up to. Payload comes with its max rider line. No comparisons with other brands. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | The simulator starts at $5.74 per 1,000 views, so the gap is visible from the first day. |
| Report | Every Monday, without being asked | Videos, views, cost per 1,000 views and which hooks to repeat or kill. |
| Decision | Approve the first two creators | Week one needs one brief, one claims sheet and one workspace. Everything else follows. |

Track record
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I built a creator program and the paid engine beside it. The same playbook applies here: a small roster, one brief, one number to protect, losers killed early. The category is different. I have not run electric bikes before, so the first weeks are about learning what riders ask and what the claims sheet must say.

Why now
680,000+
A base of riders to draw from
The homepage says Trusted By 680,000+ Riders. Some of them already film their bikes. Those are the first creators to approach.
Published1,400+
Shops that turn views into rides
Take a test ride, get a tune-up, or shop in-store: the brand lists 1,400+ Local Bike Shop Partners. A viewer has somewhere real to go next.
Published247
Owner language ready to mine
The Radster Trail carries 247 reviews at 4.6. What owners praise there becomes the first hooks, before any creator shoots a frame.

Principles
One number to protect
Every creator decision answers to $1 per 1,000 views. The simulator starts at $5.74, so the first job is closing that gap, not adding creators.
Seven videos a week, one variable per test
Each creator posts seven a week and each video changes one thing: hook, bike or setting. At ten creators that is 303 videos a month to learn from.
Losers killed early
Hooks that stall leave the hook library by the next Monday report. A video that passes 100,000 views earns a $50 flat bonus and a follow-up shoot.
One channel for everything
Briefs, claim questions, drafts and reports live in one team workspace. Creators ask before posting, not after, and claim questions get answered the same day.

#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
MartaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: Radster Road commute. Open with No traffic. No parking headaches. Just sweat-free rides. Seven videos, one change per video, hook first.
CaioMon 11:05 AM
Can I say the RadWagon 5 hauls 375 lb?
Say the full line: Payload: 375 lb. (265 lb. max rider). Never the first number alone.
Report botAppMon 9:00 AM
Monday report: videos posted, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. The hook with the best hold goes into the next brief.
MartaWed 2:15 PM
Draft sent back: the voiceover promises it climbs any hill. Reshoot with Smooth rides for bumpy trails. Same bike, one take, then resend.
InesThu 6:40 PM
The cargo hook passed 100,000 views overnight. Organic, no boost. I am posting the follow-up tomorrow with the same opening line.
Report botAppThu 6:42 PM
Bonus check: $50 flat logged for Ines. One bonus per creator per month. Claims sheet and category rule: clean on that video.
MartaFri 4:00 PM
Check before the weekend: confirm the claims sheet is pinned and that no clip says anything off it. Questions go in #claims, not in comments.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Commute test
“No traffic. No parking headaches. Just sweat-free rides.”
Handheld, door to desk on a Radster Road. Show the route and the parking spot you skip, then say the line to camera.

Brief 02
Family school run
“Grab the kiddo and go!”
A RadWagon 5 loaded for the school run. Film the load-up in one take, then the ride out. Passenger gear only as the bundle states.

Brief 03
Fold and store
“Range: Up to 60 miles”
A RadExpand 5 Plus folded and unfolded in a small space, then a ride. Read the range line exactly, including the words up to.

Brief 04
Cargo haul
“Load up. Roll out.”
A RadRunner with a real load of groceries or gear. Two cuts only: loading up, then rolling out. No speed claims.

Brief 05
Trail ride
“Smooth rides for bumpy trails.”
A Radster Trail on dirt with the phone on the bars. Show the terrain first, say the hook over the climb, no stunts.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Wait less, ride more. Enjoy fast, free shipping on all ebike orders.”, “Take a test ride, get a tune-up, or shop in-store.”, “Trusted By 680,000+ Riders”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Owners already posting
Riders who already film a Radster, RadWagon or RadRunner. They own the bike, so the product talk is real. Found by hand, one at a time.
Local bike shop riders
The brand lists 1,400+ Local Bike Shop Partners. Riders who test ride in person are a good place to look for creators who like ebikes in real life.
Review writers
The Radster Trail has 247 reviews at 4.6. Owners who write in detail are candidates. I read them for hooks first, then reach out.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. The first roster is built from scratch, by direct outreach.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Rides on video
Shows real riding in past posts, not a first test of a borrowed bike.
2Seven a week
Can post seven videos a week through the whole ramp without quality dropping.
3Clean claims record
No past posts with range, speed or safety promises the site does not make.
4Audience fit
Followers are commuters, parents or haulers, not generic lifestyle viewers.
5Takes a brief
Accepts one variable per test and sends drafts back for claims review.
Part 7 of 15
Who we want
Daily commuter
Rides to work and hates parking. Films the route, not the spec sheet.
Likely product: Radster™ Road Electric Commuter Bike
Trail rider
Weekend dirt rider who wants a sportier bike off the pavement.
Likely product: Radster™ Trail Electric Off-Road Bike
Parent on the school run
Hauls kids and bags. Shows the loading and the ride, makes no safety promises.
Likely product: RadWagon™ 5 Electric Cargo Bike
Errand and cargo rider
Replaces short car trips with groceries and gear. Shows the load.
Likely product: RadRunner™ Electric Cargo Utility Bike
Small-space city dweller
Lives in an apartment. Shows folding and storing the bike.
Likely product: RadExpand™ 5 Plus Electric Folding Bike
Pet owner
Brings the dog along. Reads the pet weight line exactly as written.
Likely product: Rad Trailer Pet Insert
Left off, every time
Always out: anyone under working age, creators who cannot show real riding, anyone who compares Rad with other brands, and anyone who promises range, speed or safety beyond the claims sheet. Category rule: no unsafe riding on camera.

Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
Never say Rad Care works at any bike shop
A coverage promise. The subscription terms limit service to participating RadRetail locations.
Never say one Rad Care plan covers all your bikes
A coverage promise the terms contradict: each ebike needs its own plan.
Never say the range is the same on every ride
A performance guarantee. The site gives the range as an upper limit only.
Never say Rad beats other ebike brands
A comparison with competitors. Nothing collected supports it.
Never say the chain fits every Rad bike
A compatibility promise. The site lists a model it does not fit.
Never say the bike is crash-proof
A safety outcome promise. A certification line is a standard, not a guarantee.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Free shipping on every order
The site marks the free shipping line with an asterisk and the terms were not collected. Confirm before quoting beyond the written line.
Financing options for the bike
Financing appears in the menu but its terms were not read. Confirm the terms before any creator mentions it.

Pay
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
For creators posting their first ebike content: lower base, lower cap, a fast read on hooks.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
For creators with a steady audience of commuters, parents or haulers and a clean first month.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
For proven creators whose videos keep holding views: highest base and highest cap.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month, even if several videos pass 100,000 views.
- The bonus attaches to one video: the first that passes 100,000 views, $50 flat.
- Organic views only. Boosted or paid views do not count toward the bonus.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
The simulator starts at $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1 target. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views. Move the sliders to test it.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Claims sheet and first creators
Two creators a week until ten are live, six weeks. Each gets the brief, the claims sheet and the channel before the first shoot.
Month 1
Find the hooks
Seven videos per creator a week, one variable per test. Losers leave the hook library at each Monday report.
Month 2
Scale what held
Creators with clean claims move up a pay band. Winning hooks go to every creator in the roster.
Month 3
Send winners to paid
Videos with proven hold take the organic-to-paid path. Cost per 1,000 views against $1 is the test.
Day 90
Decide with numbers
Review cost per 1,000 views, the 303 monthly videos and which personas produced the best hooks. Keep, cut or scale.
Monthly ceiling
The most this can cost
All ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded: $15,000. Nothing above that without your sign-off.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.
Part 13 of 15
Report
Every Monday: videos posted, views, cost per 1,000 views against $1, and the hooks to repeat or kill. You read it without asking.

Part 14 of 15
Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Pick the winner
A video that passes 100,000 views organically, with a clean claims record, goes to the shortlist.
Clear the rights
The creator agrees in writing to use the video as an ad before any spend touches it.
Test as an ad
The video runs against the same hook with one change. Cost per 1,000 views against $1 decides.
Scale or retire
Winners get more budget and a follow-up shoot. Losers are retired by the next Monday report.
From the video to the checkout
- Commute hooks end on the Radster Road page, with the free shipping line as the closer.
- Local bike shop videos end on the store locator and Take a Test Ride.
- Family hooks end on the RadWagon bundles, quoted exactly as the page writes them.
- Owner videos near a RadRetail store can end on Rad Care.
- Deal videos end on Shop Deals only after the lead confirms the terms.
Part 15 of 15
Category rules
Rules for electric bike content
Bikes carry real speed and weight. These rules keep creator videos inside what the brand's pages state and away from promises about safety.
Range is always up to
Say Range: Up to 65 miles, never a flat number. Range changes with rider, load and terrain, and the page gives it only as an upper limit.
Payload with its rider line
Quote payload with the max rider line, for example Payload: 375 lb. (265 lb. max rider). The first number alone misleads.
Certification as written
Quote UL status whole: UL Certified to UL-2849 and UL-2271. Never turn it into a promise that the bike cannot fail.
No unsafe riding on camera
No stunts, no riding with a load beyond the stated payload, no kids on bikes without the right passenger gear shown.
No comparisons
No other brand named, no better than claims. Creators talk about the bike in front of them and the pages that describe it.
Offers only as written
Free shipping carries an asterisk on the site. Bundle savings and Rad Care terms are quoted exactly or confirmed with the lead first.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
